ADMISSION POLICY

Dear Parents, Please consider the following before filling the form. New admissions will be made subject to the school rules and regulations. No applicant will be refused admission on the basis of religion, caste, creed or community. All rules regarding admissions will have to be complied with , before any admission is confirmed. The Management or Principal reserves the right to refuse any application without assigning any reason

ADMISSION PROCEDURE

Admission Procedure for various standards in school are as follow:

• Pre-Primary.
• Primary/Secondary.
• Higher Secondary

Admission Details for Pre-Primary Section

AGE LIMIT:
The age criteria for admission in Nursery- 2 yrs, LKG- 3 yrs, UKG- 4 yrs and Std. I- 5 yrs (as on 31st May)

• PERIOD TO TAKE AN ADMISSION:
• December for Gujarati Medium.
• April / May for English Medium.

• Forms will be available in the month of December.
• Forms must be submitted with certified copy of Birth Certificate.
• If your ward has studied before in other school, attach the school leaving certificate.

Admission Details for Primary and Secondary Section:

• Forms will be distributed in the month of April.
• When you submit the form, attach following documents:
  School Leaving Certificate + certified True copy
  Mark sheet + certified True copy
  Birth Certificate + certified True copy.
• The Students of Senior K.G. are upgraded to standard first and if seats are available, admission will be given according to the merit, transfer cases and recommendation of concerned authorities.
• Once the admission is granted, fees must be paid and previous school’s leaving certificate must be submitted within five days.

Admission Details for Higher Secondary Section

• In Higher Secondary section, admissions are given according to rules and regulations given from D. E. O.
• Forms will be distributed after the declaration of Board Result.
• With the admission form, also submit the following documents:
  Original Leaving certificate + Certified True copy
  Certified True Copy of S. S. C. Mark sheet
  Certified True Copy of Trial Certificate
  Certified True Copy of Caste Certificate [If applicable]
